The 8th Annual Men Who Cook event will be held on May 17th, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. at the Camp Grayling
Officer's Club on Camp Grayling. Tickets are $20 per person and need to be purchased at the Chamber Office in advance
so everyone can be put on the list provided to the camp for admittance.
Our chefs this year are Ernie Dawson, Skip Kaiser, David Borkowski, Shawn Kraycs, Dave Reese, Mike
Ingalls, Doug Ellis, John Jones , Dave Dubriney, Monte Burmeister, Don Mason, Pete Bice and Rex Thomas.
Some of the selections they will be presenting are Uncle Ernie's Apple Crumb, Deep Fried Turkey,
Red Beans & Sausage, Cheesecake, Summer Sausage, Cheese and Crackers, Chicken & Asparagus w/rolls, See Ya Later Alligator,
Is Your Mama A Lama?, Head in the Sand Ostrich, Captain Kangaroo, Interesting Despite Being a Wild Boar, and New England
Clam Chowder.
Come and tantalize your taste buds! There will be a cash bar available and plenty of fun to
